Scotus Ends Aurora's Season
On one of the worst shooting nights of the season, Aurora fell to Columbus Scotus 38-27 in the C1-6 Subdistrict final at Fillmore Central. After jumping to a 9-4 lead in the opening minutes the Huskies managed just three points the rest of the half. Scotus scored the first four points of the second half to go up 26-12. Aurora rallied to within one 27-26 in the final three minutes, but could never take the lead. The Shamrocks would end the game on a 10-1 run and went 8-8 from the line to seal the victory.
