Good Samaritan and GO Physical Therapy Host Free Cancer Prevention Seminar


KEARNEY–CHI Health Good Samaritan and GO Physical Therapy are partnering to offer a free community health seminar focused on cancer prevention through exercise and nutrition. “Empower Yourself: Cancer Prevention” is scheduled for 5:30 pm on Monday, July 13 at the Kearney Public Library in the Niobrara Conference Room.

This seminar will provide valuable insights into how lifestyle choices can significantly reduce cancer risk. Attendees will learn evidence-based nutritional strategies and hear about effective exercise recommendations from experts. Physical therapy specialists will also present practical, adaptable exercise programs for various fitness levels. An interactive Q&A session will allow participants to engage directly with health professionals.

This event is free and open to anyone interested in proactive health and wellness. Registration is not required.
