Viking Girls Finish 6th - Huggins Goes 7-0
(Grand Island, NE) - After going 3-1 on Friday at the Flatwater Fracas at the Heartland Events Center the Northwest girls would finish in 6th place on Saturday. Northwest would get a 66-18 dual win to open Saturday's action over Papillion LaVista South. The Vikings would then drop a tough match-up with Lexington 48-30. In the fifth-place match, Northwest would fall to Kearney 40-33. Leading the charge for Northwest would be Gracie Huggins who would go 7-0 on the two days. The Vikings will be back in action on Thursday, January 9th for an invite at Central Community College in Columbus.
