Saunders County Search Reveals Firearms, Explosives

December 27, 2024 (Lincoln, Neb.)  — Investigators with the Nebraska State Patrol have arrested one person after locating firearms and explosive devices during an investigation in Saunders County.

Thursday, December 26, investigators served a search warrant at a residence in Valparaiso. During the search, investigators located a shotgun and a rifle. The shotgun was confirmed to be stolen. They also located nine explosive devices and a small amount of controlled substances.

The resident, Booker Holloway, 39, was arrested for possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, possession of a stolen firearm, possession of a controlled substance, delivery of a controlled substance, and possession of explosive devices. He was lodged in Saunders County Jail.
