Pierce Prevails Against Aurora

In a back and forth game, Pierce took down Aurora 41-28 in a matchup of C1 perennial powers. The Bluejays scored two TD's in a 16 second span in the final minute of the second quarter to take the lead for good. Aurora tied the game twice in the second half but could never regain the lead. Booker Scheierman threw three TD's and rushed for another for the Huskies. Aurora visits McCook Friday. Coverage begins at 6:30 on 97.3 the Wolf.
