Leadership Unlimited Announces Executive Director Transition After 10 Years of Growth and Impact
(Grand Island, NE) – Leadership Unlimited announced today that Executive Director Jessica Hendricks will step down from her role on August 6, 2026, concluding a decade of service to the organization and the community.
Since joining Leadership Unlimited, Hendricks has helped guide significant organizational growth, including the expansion from two core programs to five, the addition of staff members, a comprehensive rebrand, and increased community engagement. Under her leadership, the organization has strengthened its mission of developing leaders and fostering community impact throughout the region.
“Leadership Unlimited is strong, growing, and well-positioned for the future,” said Hendricks. “I am incredibly grateful for the trust, support, and partnerships that have made the past 10 years so rewarding. While this decision was not made lightly, I believe this is the right strategic time for a leadership transition.”
The Leadership Unlimited Board of Directors has begun a search for the organization’s next Executive Director.
