Offense: Terroristic Threats
Victim: 39 year old male, Incident #: L24062568
Offender: Johnathan Mason, Adam Diaz Archer, Emily Rodriguez, Austin Baker, Jesus
Patino and 17 year old female
Date and Time of Incident: 6/28/24 @ 16:00
Location of Incident: 1122 W 5th St
Brief Narrative: On 6-28-2024 at or around 1644 hrs, Officers responded to 1122 W 5th Street in reference to a suspicious call for service. It was reported several people arrived at the residence wearing masks threatening individuals inside. In addition, Officers were notified one individual had a machete. During the course of the investigation, it was determined, Emily Rodriguez recruited the help of Johnathan Mason, Jesus Patino, Adam Diaz-Archer and Austin Baker to arrive at the residence to fight the people inside. All five individuals entered the exterior portion of the property in an effort to instigate a fight. Officers determined the machete displayed by Johnathan Mason belonged to the homeowner. It was reported, Johnathan Mason entered a detached shed in order to retrieve the machete.

As Officers were arriving on scene, Johnathan Mason ran through an alley and threw the machete on top of a roof. Adam Diaz-Archer, Austin Baker, Johnathan Mason were all placed into custody. Emily Rodriguez was determined to be under the age of 21 and inpossession of a nicotine vape device.

The juvenile female was determined to be the mother of an infant child that was in the vehicle at the time of the incident. The juvenile female was later issued a citation. Jesus Patino was later determined to have surrounded the residence while wearing a mask with the intent to instigate the fight.

Emily Rodriguez arrested for Terroristic Threats and Possession of an Electronic Nicotine Device and 2nd Trespassing
Jesus Patino cited for Terroristic Threats and 2nd Degree Trespassing 
17 year old female cited for Child Abuse and No Driver’s License

Offense: Fraud
Victim: 71 year old male Incident #: L24062574
Date and Time of Incident: 6/28/24 @ 11:57
Location of Incident: 3531 Curran Ave
Brief Narrative: Officers were dispatched in reference to a report of a fraud. Officers contacted a male who stated that he had sent $1500 dollars in gift cards to an unknown account. Case is open.

Offense: Child Abuse
Victim: 3 month old male Incident #: L24062734
Date and Time of Incident: between 6/29/24 & 6/30/24
Location of Incident: 1818 N Park Ave
Brief Narrative: Officers were dispatched to CHI St. Francis for a belated child abuse of a 3- month-old infant. The infant was transferred to Children's Hospital in Omaha for further evaluation of a possible head injury. Investigation is on-going.

Offense: Sexual Assault
