Offense: Stalking
Victim: 30 year old female Incident #: L24050684
Offender: Marshal Lade
Date and Time of Incident: 5/9/24 @ 11:32
Location of Incident: 207 N Pine
Brief Narrative: Female victim reported that she was contacted by Lade, whom she has an active protection order against. This was found to be valid as he had contacted her phone and she stated he had followed her in his vehicle. The vehicle incident was stated to be witnessed by a probation officer. Lade was contacted but denied the incident. In looking at his phone it was found he attempted to contact the victim yesterday. He was found to have a prior Protection Order Violation from April 2024 and he has multiple arrests from this Protection Order showing a pattern of conduct over a period of short time. He was arrested for Stalking and Protection Order Violation 2nd Offense.

Offense: Terroristic Threats
Victim: 36 year old male Incident #: L24050621
Offender: Fuad Musa
Date and Time of Incident: 5/8/24 @ 15:31
Location of Incident: 503 Roush Ln
Brief Narrative: Officers called to a home reference an unknown intoxicated male passed out in their back yard. This male was identified by a US residence card as Fuad Musa. The homeowners just wanted him removed. Musa was stating he was possibly suicidal and was then transported to GI Regional Hospital. Once there he was left in the care of the hospital staff. Officers were recalled due to Musa causing a disturbance and running out of the ER. He was found passed out in the lawn of the hospital. He was medically cleared and transported to HCC for Civil Protective Custody due to his intoxication level and having no
one to care for him. Once at HCC, Musa threatened to kill an Officer because he (Musa) was not being released. Musa was booked for CPC and Terroristic Threats.
