Brief Narrative: Offender came to the police station and filled out an application to purchase, lease,
rent or receive transfer of firearm. On the application he circled “no” to being under indictment or
information for a felony. Investigation found offender currently has a court case pending in Hall
County for Felony charges. The offender also provided an address on the form that is not his place
of residence. Case is under investigation.
