Location of Incident: 3212 S Locust
Brief Narrative: On 12/08/2024 around 0159 hours Officers responded to a burglary alarm at 3212 Locust St S; Vip Smoke Shop. Upon arrival Officers observed the glass door on the northwest side and the main entrance door to be shattered. Officers were provided video footage of a male breaking the glass doors and entering the store. The male was identified as Easton Enevoldsen. Easton was observed on video footage breaking the glass doors with a cinder block and taking four items of value. Easton was contacted and admitted to committing the acts. During further investigation it was discovered that another adult male identified as Kaden Fieldgrove and three juveniles were also associated with this burglary and an attempted burglary at another location.

Offender: Michael Haynie

Location of Incident: 3212 S Locust St
Brief Narrative: On 12/10/2024, at approximately 0033 hours, Michael Haynie was contacted by Officers on a traffic stop. Michael's Dodge Charger was stopped for no license plates and no visual intransient. Upon speaking with Michael, officers observed expired intransient in the rear window of the vehicle. Michael admitted he knew they were expired and also admitted to having no insurance on the vehicle. A records check confirmed Michael's driver’s license was suspended/revoked out of Nebraska, this was his second offense. Michael was placed under arrest and transported to Hall County Corrections. During the booking process, Michael was found to be in possession of blue pills with M-30 markings. These pills are known to be Oxycodone and presumed to be laced with Fentanyl. Date and Time of Incident: between 12/8/24 & 12/9/24
Location of Incident: 1511 W Division
Brief Narrative: Victim reported his vehicle taken from his driveway. Victim advised his keys were in the ignition and unlocked. The vehicle was last observed around 1900 hours in the driveway. Vehicle was later recovered. Vehicle was returned to the owner. A juvenile male was cited for Theft and released to parents.
