Offense: Domestic Assault/Tampering w/a Witness
Victim: 38 yr old female Incident #: L24120535
Offender: Kalee Sanchez
Date and Time of Incident: 12/6/24 @ 23:40
Location of Incident: 2404 W 16th St
Brief Narrative: On 12/07/202 officers responded to 2404 W 16th reference a disturbance. The victim reported that the offender had restrained the victim with her hands around the victim’s throat. The victim experienced lasting pain, and redness on her neck. The assault occurred in front of the victim’s juvenile child, endangering the child's mental health. When the offender left the residence after the assault she took the victims cell phone (valued at between $500-$1500) with her, with the intent of depriving the victim of having the phone. Offender then contacted the victim and returned the phone and asked her not to press charges. Offender was later contacted at her father's residence,
taken into custody, and booked into the Hall County Department of Corrections for DV Assault3rd/Cause Bodily Injury, Negligent Child Abuse, Theft-Unlawful Taking $501-1,499 and Tampering W/A Witness.

Offense: Terroristic Threats / Robbery

Date and Time of Incident: 12/6/24 @ 05:30
Location of Incident: 920 S Clark St
Brief Narrative: On 12/06/2024 officers responded to 920 S Clark St in reference to a domestic disturbance call for service. Upon arrival it was reported that the victim's boyfriend came to her residence and demanded to see her phone. During this time the male suspect would brandish a knife and begin to count down and again demand the phone. While counting down with the knife out the male would make vague threats to the victim stating that he was going to end the victim, which caused the victim to fear for her life. Victim advised that the male would restrict her movement at this time by not allowing her to leave the room until she surrendered her phone. The victim advised that she unwillingly gave the phone to the male and left her residence as soon as she could safely do so. This is an ongoing investigation.

Victim: Trius Federal Credit Union Incident #: L24120463
Date and Time of Incident: between 12/5/24 & 12/6/24
Location of Incident: 609 S Locust St
Brief Narrative: On 12/06/2024 officers responded to 609 S Locust St; Trius Federal Credit Union in reference to a Fraud call for service. Upon arrival, it was reported to officers, by the bank manager that a known female had passed two checks that were no longer valid through Cornerstone Bank totaling $1,700.00 on 12/05/2024 in an attempt to open an account with Trius Federal Credit Union. The female would also pass a check from Centris Federal Credit Union for $700.00. It would later be found that the Centris bank account is invalid as well. This is an ongoing investigation.

Location of Incident: 2124 Lafayette Ave
Brief Narrative: An unknown subject communicated with a suicide hotline that he was outside Grand Island Senior High School and was going inside to shoot students. The school went into a secure status while officers conducted a searched to determine that there was not threat present.

Victim: 18 yr old female Incident #: L24120599
Offender: Humberto Hernandez Martinez
Date and Time of Incident: 12/7/24 @ 23:00
Location of Incident: 120 W 10th St
Brief Narrative: On 12/07/2024, at 23:06 hours Humberto Hernandez Martinez entered into 120 W 10th St without permission. While inside the residence he had knives and other weapons where persons were threatened by him. He also broke a window while inside the home. Humberto provided a false name and date of birth to officers where he was later positively identified. Humberto was placed under arrest for Burglary, Use of a Deadly Weapon to Commit a Felony, Terroristic Threats, False Reporting and Criminal Mischief.

Victim: Chasing Clouds Vape Shop Incident #: L24120617
Offender: Easton Enevoldsen
Date and Time of Incident: 12/8/24 @ 03:04
Location of Incident: 920 N Diers
Brief Narrative: Chasing Clouds Vape shop reported a two-pane window on the north side of their property to be broken. The window was valued at $1000. Easton Enevoldsen was later contacted and admitted to the attempt to make entry into the establishment. Easton was arrested for the Attempted Burglary.

Location of Incident: 415 S Cherry St; Apt R6
Brief Narrative: On 12/07/2024, an Officer responded to 415 Cherry St Apartments in reference to a threatening call for service. Contact was made with the victim, who advised that she received two text messages. The messages asked for money and advised that the sender was an assassin.

Offender: Ulyssis McCarville
Date and Time of Incident: between 12/8/24 & 12/9/24
Location of Incident: 909 W Charles St
Brief Narrative: On 12/08/2024, officers were called to the area of 905 W Charles St where a male knocked on their door and broke a window on the neighboring home of 909 W Charles St. The male, Ulyssis McCarville, threatened persons within the home, damaged lights, and resisted arrest. Ulyssis was arrested for Terroristic Threats, Criminal Mischief, Trespassing- 2nd Degree and Resisting  Arrest1st Offense.

Offense: Vehicle Theft
Victim: 22 yr old male Incident #: L24120627
Date and Time of Incident: 12/8/24 @ 09:19
Location of Incident: 415 S Cherry St, Apt P12
Brief Narrative: On 12-08-2024 at approximately 09:19 hours a belated theft of a black 2011 Ford F350 dually was reported stolen. The owner advised the pickup was last seen at approximately 01:30 hours in the parking lot of 415 Cherry Park Apartments. The pickup is described as dually, with "boss shop" mud flaps, black rhino liner cattle guard and lighted steps. Case is open.

Victim: 39 yr old male Incident #: L24120666
Date and Time of Incident: between 12/8/24 & 12/9/24
Location of Incident: 1511 W Division
Brief Narrative: Victim reported his brown 2009 Buick Enclave taken from his driveway. Victim advised his keys were in the ignition and unlocked. The vehicle was last observed around 1900 hours in the driveway. Case is active.

Offense: Motor Vehicle Theft
Victim: 20 yr old male Incident #: L24120628
Date and Time of Incident: between 12/7/24 & 12/8/24
Location of Incident: 818 W 14th St
Brief Narrative: Victim reported his blue 2004 Honda Accord stolen from the street in front of his house. The keys were left in the ignition, and the vehicle was stolen sometime after 11:30 PM on 12/7/2024. No suspect information was provided. The vehicle was recovered in Aurora, NE prior to the vehicle being reported stolen.
