Location of Incident: 107 Lakeview Circle
Brief Narrative: Victim came to the police station to report that she was notified by a collection agency that an unknown party used her personal identity information without her knowledge or permission to take out an online loan for $2089.00. Identity Theft 28-639 Class IV FO.

Location of Incident: 1703 Sylvan St
Brief Narrative: On 9-7-24 a female reported being assaulted by the father of her 1 yr old child and unborn child (7 weeks pregnant) while at her residence. The female had visible injuries consistent with being assaulted. This assault took place in the presence of the 1 year old child. Brief Narrative: Victim reported an attempted burglary at his residence. An unknown person broke the front door to the residence in what was believed a burglary attempt. No entry was made. Attempted Burglary 28-507 Class III FO

Location of Incident: 518 E Capital Ave
Brief Narrative: On 09/08/2024 at 2043 hours officers responded to 518 Capital Ave. E. for a reported disturbance where a male was said to be striking a female. On scene contact was made with an adult female who reported her intimate partner had physically attacked her in the residence then used a knife to slash at her throat. The female victim sustained a laceration to her right hand during the knife attack. The altercation was witnessed by two juvenile females who were in close proximity. Location of Incident: 315 E 2nd St
Brief Narrative: On 09/09/24 officers responded to 315 E 2nd St, Apt 5, reference a threatening call for service. It was reported Nyagoa Wuor had threatened to shoot the residence of a neighboring apartment during a verbal dispute. Additionally, Nyagoa also stated she was going to have other people come over to shoot. It was believed that Nyagoa did possess a firearm and the family feared for their safety. Nyagoa was contacted outside her residence and was subsequently arrested and transported to Hall County Corrections without incident. Terroristic Threats (X4) [28-311.01] III FO
