Offense: Drugs
Victim: Incident #: L24082410

Location of Incident: 3210 Old Potash Hwy
Brief Narrative: On 08/28/2024, Officers observed a silver Buick Lucerne drive on the curb when going around the roundabout near Wilmer Avenue and Old Potash. The vehicle almost hit a posted sign when deciding which direction to travel, last minute. The vehicle would have a necklace, air freshener, and a pediment that was approximately 3-5 inches big, hanging from the rear view mirror, obstructing the driver’s view. A traffic stop was conducted at 3210 W Old Potash Highway; Pump and Pantry. A female passenger would quickly exit the vehicle and would claim she needed to use the restroom. Officer knew and recognized the female to be Tammy Voight. Tammy would attempt to take all of her belongings out of the vehicle, including her dog and drink, to use the restroom. After Tammy used the restroom, officers would be advised that store staff located marijuana, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia in the trash can. Tammy would attempt to remove, conceal, and destroy physical evidence. Tammy would be the last and only person to use the restroom after staff cleaned. Tammy would be arrested and during a search of her person, a meth pipe would be located. Tammy was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Possession of Marijuana less than 1 oz and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Offender: Chelsea Dubree

Location of Incident: 2250 N Diers Ave
Brief Narrative: Female was contacted by loss prevention and stopped. She admitted to taking merchandise from Walmart and not paying for it. She was cited for Shoplift 0-$500 3rd Offense.

Offense: Theft
Victim: 72 year old male, 34 year old female Incident #: L24082365
Date and Time of Incident: 8/27/24 @ 18:15
Location of Incident: 224 North Ln
Brief Narrative: On 08/27/2024 Officers responded to 224 North Ln in reference to a stolen trailer. Officers made contact with the reporting party who stated that while he was in possession of a black enclosed trailer it was stolen out of his driveway. Officers observed a black tire mark on the driveway from where the trailer had been taken from. The reporting party estimated the trailer to be around $3,000 in value. The reporting party also stated a Tempur-Pedic mattress and frame were inside the trailer and valued those items at $1,850. Case is open.

Location of Incident: State Fair Blvd & S Locust
Brief Narrative: A traffic stop was attempted on a black sedan near the intersection of South  Locust Street and Windolph Avenue. The offender vehicle fled in a reckless manner while fleeing through the Casey's General Store parking lot, which contained several customers outside the store. The traffic stop was terminated due to safety concerns.
