Brief Narrative: Gregory Lyions was contacted as a result of trespassing investigation. Gregory would provide officers with a false name of a relative and was also in possession of the relatives driver's license. Gregory was found to have an active Valley County Failure to Appear Warrant. Gregory Lyions was arrested for Criminal Impersonation and the Valley County Failure to Appear warrant.

Date and Time of Incident: between 1/1/16 & 7/4/24
Location of Incident: Within City Limits
Brief Narrative: On 7/9/2024 a report was received regarding allegations of a 16 year old female being subjected to sexual contact by her step-father sometime within the last 8 years. Case is under investigation.
