Offense: Traffic Stop-Drugs

Brief Narrative: At approximately 1328 7/10/24, Officers observed a Dodge Stratus northbound on Oak St N approaching 10th St E. The vehicle failed to stop for the posted stop sign for northbound traffic. A traffic stop was attempted at 12th St E & Oak St N. The vehicle failed to stop and continued northbound. Officers activated the audible vehicle sirens, but the vehicle continued to drive northbound. The vehicle turned eastbound on 17th St E without coming to a complete stop for the posted stop sign for northbound Traffic. Officers continued to attempt to stop the vehicle as it continued at a rate of speed of 20mph. The vehicle turned eastbound on 18th St E, northbound on Illinois Ave N, eastbound on 19th St E, and pulled into the driveway of 593 19th St E. The driver was attempting to avoid the arrest in the operation of a motor vehicle by traveling approximately 10 blocks without stopping for law enforcement. David Anderson exited the vehicle and was identified as the driver and sole occupant .David admitted to knowing police were behind him. David was placed under arrest. A record check of David showed his license status as no license issued. While at Hall County Jail, a thorough search was conducted and a baggie of methamphetamine weighing 8.3 grams and a glass pipe were located concealed under his genitals.

Victim: 1 yr old female Incident #: L24070838
Offender: Connor Armstrong

Location of Incident: 3113 W North Front St
Brief Narrative: Officers received a report of a one year old with a broken arm. The father, Connor Armstrong would be placed under arrest for the following charges. Commit child abuse intentionally/injury 28-707(7) FII
