Experience Returns For GICC Boys

(Grand Island, NE) - All five starters from a season ago are back for the GICC boys basketball team for the upcoming season, but that's just a start. The Crusaders will have the most returners maybe ever for the boys' basketball team after not having any seniors on the team last year who finished 12-11.

Starters back for GICC include: Thomas Liban (SR/12ppg), Jack Alberts (JR/2ppg), Conner Haney (JR/5ppg), Braylon Wolfe (SO/9ppg), and Thomas Birch (JR/11ppg).  The depth list includes Kyle Kelly (SR), Graham Stava (JR), Brandon Cloud (SO), Isaac Urbanski (JR), Mason Vasquez (SO), and Dax Gellatly (SO). 

The Crusader boys will open up the season (GICC Early Bird Tournament) on Thursday, December 5th at Omaha Gross Catholic at 7:15 pm (105.5 FM/KRGI). Then return home on Saturday, December 7th to play vs Norfolk Catholic or Lincoln Lutheran.
