Dr. Stolz joins Good Samaritan Orthopedics Clinic


KEARNEY–CHI Health Orthopedics (Good Samaritan) welcomes Justis Stolz, MD board-certified sports medicine physician, to its staff.

As a highly trained and specialized physician, Dr. Stolz focuses on preventing, diagnosing and treating injuries from exercise and physical activity, usually with an emphasis on non-surgical treatments and rehabilitation. Utilizing advanced orthopedic techniques, he provides care for both athletic and non-athletic patients of all ages. His treatments include concussion management, real-time ultrasound-guided injections for precise medication delivery and regenerative Platelet-Rich Plasma therapy, which accelerates healing by using a high concentration of the patient’s own platelets.

Dr. Stolz, originally from the Grand Island area, earned his medical degree from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine, Omaha. He then completed a family medicine residency at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City and an orthopedic sports medicine fellowship at the University of Kentucky Medical Center, Lexington, KY.

Dr. Stolz joins board-certified orthopedic surgeons Drs. Wright, McClure, McGowan and board-certified sports medicine physician Dr. Wooldrik. Their practice, located at 3219 Central Ave, Suite 102, is open weekdays from 8 am until 5 pm.
