Artwork Submission Window to Open For Youth Art Show

Grand Island Public Library

Grand Island, Neb. — Local youth will soon have a chance to have their art exhibited in the upcoming 2024 Youth Art Show at the Grand Island Public Library.

Artists can bring up to two pieces of art for display any time from Monday, May 20 through Friday, June 7. This new combined Youth Art Show replaces the separate Children’s Art Show traditionally held in June and the Teen Art Show traditionally held in July.

Participants must be 18 or younger as of June 30, 2024 to qualify. An entry form signed by a parent or guardian will need to be submitted for each piece of art, and all art entries need to be available for the duration of the show unless previous arrangements have been made. Prizes will be awarded via random drawing, and artwork will need to be picked up between June 30 and July 10.
